Refund policy

Returns are not accepted at any time due to products being a consumable product that we can't restock and resale. If you have any concerns with your item(s), please contact us at hello@simplycolostrum.com and our customer service will reply promptly. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  If you received free shipping on your order, refunds will exclude the shipping cost.
